Professor DeRose
Systematizer of the DeRose Method, a personal growth program with over 60 years of existence, based on technical tools such as meditation, mindfulness, body intelligence, rhythmic and conscious breathing, and concepts of behavioral reeducation and civility.
Author of more than 30 books with over two million copies sold in four languages. Among other decorations and recognitions, Professor DeRose is a Doctor Honoris Causa by the Higher Education Complex of Santa Catarina of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Florianópolis in Brazil; and an undisputed authority in the field of human development and self-knowledge at an international level.
In November of this year, we will have the opportunity to learn directly from him at this wonderful event organized by DeRose Meditation Madrid in one of Spain's most vibrant cities.

The place chosen for the event is located in Cuatro Caminos, a typically Madrid neighborhood that is at the same time multicultural, bringing together modern architecture, such as that of the financial area called AZCA, and a more traditional one represented by its more residential area.
Our venue is a spacious and bright space, with a modern, urban and sophisticated architectural style. Classic and contemporary designs merge in spacious environments adaptable to all activities.
